Welcome to my blog. An editor and writer by trade, I moved to Istanbul and am giving private English lessons. I  enjoy exploring Istanbul, staying up on current events, running, traveling, learning Turkish (slowly).

I currently work as a full-time instructor at Sehir University’s English Preparatory Program.

    I enjoyed your article regarding Canakkale and Turkish hospitality. I will be visiting Canakkale in a week for 10 days and I could hardly wait to get there. I will be flying in to Istanbul and will take the bus to Canakkale.

    I am in Istanbul for business and wanted to do a little sightseeing on election day. I thought it would be good to learn more about what is at stake.
